Terms of Service & Content Policy

1. Eligibility & Account

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use FaceSwap.info.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your login secure.
• You must provide accurate information and may not impersonate any person or entity.

2. Rights to Your Uploaded Photos

• You may only upload photographs of yourself, or of a person who has given you explicit, informed, and verifiable consent to create AI content from their likeness.
• You represent and warrant that you hold all rights, licenses, and consents necessary for every image you upload, and that your use does not violate any person's rights.
• You are solely and fully responsible for the content you upload and generate, and for any consequences arising from it.

3. Prohibited Uses (Content Policy)

You must NOT upload, generate, or attempt to generate any content that:

• Depicts any real person without their explicit, informed consent — this is strictly forbidden.
• Uses the face, likeness, image, or identity of celebrities, actors, influencers, politicians, public figures, or any third party without lawful authorization.
• Depicts, sexualizes, or otherwise involves minors in any way. This is absolutely prohibited and will be reported to the authorities.
• Is pornographic, sexually explicit, obscene, violent, gory, hateful, harassing, defamatory, or discriminatory.
• Constitutes a deepfake or synthetic media intended to deceive, defraud, impersonate, humiliate, blackmail, or spread misinformation.
• Infringes any copyright, trademark, right of publicity, privacy, or other intellectual-property or personal right.
• Is used for fraud, fake identities, adult-content impersonation, political manipulation, or any unlawful purpose under applicable law.

4. Distribution & Redistribution

• Generated content is licensed to you for your own lawful, personal use only.
• You may not publicly distribute, publish, broadcast, resell, sublicense, or otherwise disseminate generated content in any manner that misleads viewers, harms any person, or violates this Content Policy or applicable law.
• Any distribution that presents AI-generated media of a real person as authentic, without their consent and clear disclosure, is prohibited.

5. Credits & Payment

• Credits are consumed per generation and are automatically refunded in full when a generation fails.
• Purchased credits are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
• We may change pricing and credit rules with reasonable notice.

6. Content Storage

• Generated results and uploaded reference photos are automatically deleted 7 days after a task completes. Please download anything you wish to keep.

7. Enforcement & Termination

• We may review, refuse, remove, or restrict any content and may suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these terms — without notice and without refund.
• We will cooperate with law-enforcement authorities where required, including for content involving minors or unlawful deepfakes.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI output may be inaccurate or unexpected.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, FaceSwap.info is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or content you create.

9. Indemnification

• You agree to indemnify and hold FaceSwap.info harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and costs (including legal fees) arising from content you upload or generate, or from your breach of these terms — including any claim brought by a person whose likeness you used without consent.

10. Changes & Governing Law

• We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
• These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the operator's jurisdiction.
